CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note there is a 50% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, this also applies to no-shows. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes past scheduled appointment it is considered a no-show and the 50% cancellation fee will be applied. If cancelled before the 48 hour window I kindly offer to reschedule once without additional required deposit for appointments, another cancellation and wanting to reschedule again will result in forfeiting deposit and repaying in order to book! I respectfully request your understanding towards my cancellation policy so I am able to efficiently manage my appointments and ensure my clients booked times are respected.
